I think I got rid of my Twitter account information from Tumblr now. The silly fucking thing was I apparently had to delete it in two places, the one in the Preferences and the other one under Services in “Customize your Blog.”
I don’t care why I have to delete at two different places. I don’t care why Tumblr told me on the side panel with the “Post to Twitter” disappeared when I removed the account information from Preferences, then I thought all was well. But when I posted more things to Tumblr, I discovered this in my Twitter feeds.
So, I went to the Post page to see if the “Post to Twitter” was there, and it was back, like a resurrection from the fucking dead. This is a stupid bug.
Why so irritating, Tumblr?
Thanks a lot! Now I figured out how to stop Tumblr from posting a tweet to Twitter. When I tried to delete the Twitter account information, it was still fucking Twittering! This is a fucking BUG. But oh, how the fuck was I supposed to know I’m to go to Customize the Blog, set the option to not tweet automatically to Twitter, but it seems the most PERTINENT thing is, I CAN’T FUCKING DELETE THE TWITTER ACCOUNT FROM TUMBLR!
